Ammar's Pizza Surprise
LO: To write a middle part for your version of the Handa's Surprise story.
"I wonder which amazing pizza Shazia will like the best?" shouted Ammar as he waited by the bus stop for the traffic lights to change to green. "Will she like the tangy pineapple pizza or the pizza with cheese in the crust?" He cycled up the extremely steep hill, next he asked the postman "Will she like the mushroom pizza with hot chilli peppers?" Later Ammar questioned the paperboy "Will Shazia like the plain, four cheese pizza or the keema naan pizza?" Ammar was thinking very hard, in his mind he wondered which pizza she would like the best?
Ammar had a sniff of his bag to smell the wonderful aromas. He was about to have an awful shock, he had forgotten to zip the bag shut and all the pizzas had fallen out as he had been cycling along the road. As he was waiting for the next set of lights, a miniature take-away fairy appeared inside his Deliverdoo bag. "Oh no, how can I help this boy, he was being so kind and now he does not have any food in the bag!" she cried. Ammar felt a rustling in his bag but paid no notice as he was struggling with a flat back tyre. The fairy said some magic words "Eat, eat my stinky feet!" She was a rather strange fairy, albeit she was extraordinarily kind and suddenly in the bag appeared a magnificent..........
